ManageXR supports connecting your devices to wifi with SCEP (Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol). To get SCEP set up in your organization, contact support@managexr.com to help you get started.
We have two options for our initial call:
An initial consultation - We will talk about available SCEP functionality in ManageXR, understand what needs to be configured with your SCEP servers, and how you can test your initial configuration.
If this is the case, please come prepared with the details of your SCEP server, what certificates you will need deployed, ideas of how SCEP is potentially already configured with other services, and information about your Active Directory deployment or how you track devices and assign them users.
A guided setup with an engineer - We will grab a device, configure your SCEP profile, and try to get things working!
If this is the case, please come prepared with all of the information needed to connect devices to your SCEP server. This means a device we can test with, root certificates to deploy, and all of the information needed for your SCEP profile.
Please note we currently only support static challenge passwords.
