Security is a top priority at ManageXR, and we understand that it is critical to all organizations using our platform.
Organization Security Settings
You can control your organization's security settings in ManageXR through our security menu. To access these settings:
Click the organization dropdown menu in the top right
Select Security
Setting | Description |
Reporting Sensitive Information | Allow the reporting of location, MAC address, and WiFi network name for devices in this organization. Turning this off will hide this information from view. |
Discover XR | Allow all users in this organization to view Discover XR and contact potential partners. Allow all users with App & file privileges to save Instant Apps. Turning this off will hide Discover XR from view and remove all saved Instant Apps. |
Screen Streaming | Allow all devices in this organization to participate in Screen Streaming to device managers that request it. Turning this off will remove all users' ability to request a screen stream. |
