On the device detail page, you can remotely view the files within a device’s file system. This visualization of the file system includes the following metadata: folder names, file names, file sizes, file types, and the last date a file was modified. Devices will report this file system data to ManageXR each time they sync with the server.

It’s important to note that protected files may not be visible from the ManageXR web console. This is because devices that are running Android 12 or higher may not grant MDMs like ManageXR access to read files from protected locations. This includes folders like Android/data. Opening and Collapsing Folders

To view the contents of an individual folder, tap the arrow next to the folder name. Once a folder is opened, you can press the same arrow to collapse it and hide its contents.

To simultaneously open all folders with the file system, tap the Open button in the top right. To collapse all folders, tap the Collapse button.
