Scenario 1: You receive an error message that reads “Oops something went wrong” or “Email or password is incorrect” while trying to log in.
Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
Double-check that you’re using the correct email address and password.
Try logging in from a different browser. We recommend using Google Chrome.
Try logging in on a different network or a mobile hotspot.
If none of these steps resolve the error, please contact support@managexr.com to share a screenshot of the error message and the email address you’re using to sign in.
Scenario 2: You attempt to create a ManageXR account and receive an error message that says, “Please enter a valid work email address.”
If you encounter this error, please reach out to support@managexr.com to sign up without a work email.
Scenario 3: You’re attempting to log in using the Single Sign-On (SSO) option.

Scenario 4: You were invited to a ManageXR organization but did not receive the corresponding email.
When you’re invited to be a user in a ManageXR organization, you will receive an email informing you of this so you can create an account. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam folder in case your security settings routed it away from your general inbox. If you’ve double-checked all your email inboxes, please get in touch with support@managexr.com to receive a special link that will allow you to create your ManageXR account.
