To enroll a Meta Quest device on ManageXR, you will need a Meta Horizon managed services (MHMS) account and an active MHMS subscription for each device.
Setting up a Meta Horizon Managed Services Account
Let’s create a MHMS account for your organization! You’ll only need to do this once, and you’ll be able to add team members to your account once it has been created.
Click Sign up as a work customer or Sign up as an education customer.
You must be a qualified educational institution to be eligible for an edu account.
Select your country, then click Get started.
MHMS is currently only available to organizations based in certain countries. You can find a complete list of supported countries here.
Enter your work email address, then click Continue.
Meta will send a confirmation code to your email. Enter this code in the Verification code box and click Verify.
If your organization has already set up Admin Center, then at this point you’ll be prompted to request access and you won’t be able to continue until your organization’s account administrator invites you.
Enter your details, including your name, date of birth and a password. Click Continue.
Enter information about your organization. Agree to the Meta for Work Terms of Service, then click Continue.
Choose a subscription method.
Select Subscribe with Meta directly if you're trying to get started right away. Select Subscribe through a reseller if you already have a reseller that you're working with and they've instructed you to create your account this way.
Add payment information, then click Continue.
Choose your security method to set up two-factor authentication, then click Next and follow on-screen instructions.
And that’s it! Your account is all set up and ready to rock.

Purchasing a Meta Horizon Managed Services Subscription
There are two primary ways to purchase a MHMS subscription for your devices. These methods are mutually exclusive (i.e., you can only choose one payment method at a time):
Purchase online through the Admin Center (this is the method you’ll use if you created your account on your own and you haven’t linked it with a reseller)
Purchase through a reseller (this is the method you’ll use when your account is managed by a reseller)

Purchase Online
If you’re not actively set up with a reseller, you can pay for MHMS directly through Meta’s online portal. The only thing you need to do is make sure you have a payment method added to your MHMS account (check your payment settings here).
MHMS offers a 30-day free trial of their services, per device, with unlimited access to features. There’s no charge until after your trial, when devices automatically move to the paid plan. At that point, you will be automatically charged $14.99/device/month (see Meta’s latest pricing here). Important to note, Meta's new pricing includes 2 years of MHMS for free if you purchase new devices through B2B channels (see below).
Purchase Through a Reseller
Meta primarily sells all of their business hardware and software through business resellers. If you’re unfamiliar with resellers or why you’d purchase through them, read our blog post on the subject . (To summarize: purchasing consumer Meta Quest devices and then self-serving your own MHMS subscription will cost $180/device/year, whereas purchasing Meta’s business hardware+MHMS through resellers includes the subscription for free for 2 years.)
If you’ve decided to purchase through a reseller, you need to link your MHMS account to your reseller so they can manage your device licenses on your behalf (you will do this by providing a reseller code to your reseller of choice).

Non-profits
Non-profits may be eligible for discounts. To apply for a non-profit discount online, you can go through your Meta Horizon Admin Center:
Sign into your Meta Horizon Admin Center
Go to Products & Billing
Go to Subscriptions
Click the kebab menu on the right
Click Apply for nonprofit discount
Validate your eligibility through Techsoup, then enter your Techsoup token
