You can use hand tracking on PICO devices to interact with the ManageXR Home Screen and some applications where developers support hand tracking. To enable hand tracking on your PICO 4 Enterprise and PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise devices managed by ManageXR, you need to adjust settings in-headset one time.
How to enable hand tracking
Access Admin Settings from your Home Screen toolbar
Enter your Admin PIN (you can find this on your configuration)
Find "PICO Settings" and click Open
Choose Interaction from the options on the left side
Switch Interaction Controls from Controllers only to Auto Switch between Hands and Controllers
How to start using hands
Once you've enabled hand tracking, you need to put your controllers down so that the PICO operating system recognizes you are no longer using them. If you're having trouble getting the system to switch to hands, try removing controller batteries.
