Legacy devices are devices that manufacturers have discontinued.
ManageXR supports legacy devices, but we recommend that you avoid them because most of their software will become outdated. ManageXR will not develop new features for legacy devices.

Pico 4 Ultra Consumer - Not Supported
The Pico 4 Ultra Consumer is NOT supported on ManageXR. Pico has disabled the ability to install MDMs on the consumer version of the Pico 4 Ultra.
An easy way to distinguish between consumer models and enterprise models is by their appearance. PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise devices are entirely white, while the PICO 4 Ultra (consumer) devices have a black panel on the front.
Pico 4 Consumer - Not supported
Pico 4 is a consumer headset, and Pico has made it clear that they do not want companies using consumer devices for business purposes. ManageXR does not have plans to support this device.
Pico Neo 3 Link - Not supported
Neo 3 Link is a consumer headset, and Pico has made it clear that they do not want companies using consumer devices for business purposes. ManageXR does not have plans to support this device.

Remote screen streaming - there is a known issue preventing users from granting streaming permission in-headset
