In some cases, you may need to force a reinstall of the ManageXR admin app. Follow these steps to manually reinstall the ManageXR admin app on your device:
Open the ManageXR Device Setup Tool and log in
Plug the device into a computer
Accept in-headset prompts if applicable
Click the kebab menu next to the device
Click Reinstall ManageXR
Meta now requires that new and factory-reset devices be enrolled in Meta Horizon Managed Services (MHMS) to install ManageXR. If you have performed a factory reset on a Meta Quest device and are trying to reregister it with ManageXR, please follow these instructions.
