You might have to temporarily deactivate the ManageXR Kiosk Mode/Home Screen to enable your users to access device apps and settings that are typically restricted when Kiosk Mode or the Home Screen is active. To re-launch your Home Screen, restart your headset or launch ManageXR Home Screen from For Work, Company Managed, or Unknown Sources (this depends on what Meta firmware version your device has installed) under the App Library.
