  • Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by device name, serial number, MAC address, notes, or firmware version.

  • Use the left sidebar to filter your devices by their Configuration, Tags, Model, or Device Statuses.

  • Use the arrows to sort devices by Name, Model, Battery Percentage, Sync Status, and Activity

The device list filters use OR operators. For example, if you select these two filters, (1) Online, (2) Active 1-7 days ago, the list would show all devices that fit either of those criteria.

Comma-separated Filtering

Comma-separated filtering allows you to easily select and perform operations on a specific group of devices within your fleet. To use comma-separated filtering, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Devices

  2. Type (or copy/paste) a list of search terms separated by commas (e.g., a list of serial numbers).

You can also use a comma-separated search to find multiple devices by name, firmware version, MAC address, or device notes.

  3. Press Enter.

That's it! You can now manage and perform actions on a specific subset of your devices using comma-separated filtering.

View Device Technical Details

By default, the device list shows technical data like device serial number and firmware version.

Edit Devices in Bulk

On the Devices page, you can make bulk edits to your devices by selecting multiple devices using the checkboxes on the left-hand side and then choosing an action button to perform the desired operation.

All devices must share the same configuration to send bulk commands.
