As you update your Configurations with new apps/files, you can quickly determine if a device has synced with the latest changes by checking its sync status.

A device's sync status is viewable in the top left of the page and is either Up To Date, Updating, or Out Of Date.

On the device page, you can further view exactly what is and isn't synced on the device. As soon as your device comes online, it will attempt to sync all apps, files, and settings that are not in sync.

ManageXR Apps Status

Your overall device sync status is not affected by these apps unless they are

Not Installed.

Meaning

Synced

The latest ManageXR app version is installed.

Not Installed

The app is not installed.

The next time your device comes online, it will attempt to install this app.

Out of Date

The app is installed, but not the latest version.

It is expected that a device can surface an overall Up to Date status as long as ManageXR apps are the only ones that are Out of Date.
