View Real-Time Device Statuses and Edit Device Details | ManageXR

Clicking on a device name on the Devices page displays additional information about a specific device.

On this page, you can:

Edit the device name
Add or remove Device Tags
Change the Configuration assigned to the device
Add notes
View real-time statuses of things like; the current app, sync status, and battery health.

Device Information

If you scroll down, you can view more information about the device:

Wifi network information
Device make/model, serial number, MAC address, firmware version, Android version, and controller version
Storage space and RAM
Device location

In the current configuration section, you can:

Change the configuration this device is targeting
Navigate directly to the configuration editing screen
View all Apps, videos, WebXR links, files, and wifi networks deployed to the device
Review the sync status of content deployed by the configuration
View device settings that the configuration is enforcing

If your device is online, you can see the sync status of VR content and device settings in real-time.

If it isn't online, it will immediately sync with any changes to its configuration as soon as it comes online.
